every pākeha, tangata tiriti, non-Māori that i've seen interviewed, who ATTENDED the hikoi mō te tiriti, had the same response! that they felt welcomed and at home, that they knew their presence was important & that it was their duty to stand with us as one. HOW FKN COOL!! 😍🤝

I was a bit sad that while I was at the hīkoi, I didn't see any of the action at pāremata and didn't hear any of the kōrero. Watching the footage and commentary tonight, I realised that I was exactly where I needed to be as #TangataTiriti: showing support on the fringes and giving Māori the space to express their mana and have their voices heard on the main stage.
