For Valentine's Eve, I posted an article summarizing two English-language accounts - one from 1895 and another from 1912 - of Takasago, a classic Noh drama. Although the accounts had differences, both were quite beautiful in describing a story of everlasting love as evergreen as the lovers' favorite perennially virid pine tree.
