Enjoyed the Treforest 10k this morning far more than I thought I would. Mostly dodged the short sharp showers then got soaked walking back to the car. Always a good race put on by Ponty Roadents #running #TaffTrail

Not sure who deserves the credit? Merthyr Tydfil Council? Sustrans? WG? But the smoothing of the long steps before Pont y Gwaith bridge is much appreciated. #taffTrail

I used to do a lot of running. There was a time when a half-marathon was nothing but that was years ago.

I did a half today for the first time in years. And now I feel simultaneously dreadful and amazing. Again!
