Can you use #Paxlovid in #kidney #transplant recipients? Or will ritonavir cause CNI toxicity?

Of course you can use it! Just be sensible about both: stopping, and starting the CNI (#Tacrolimus mostly)

This is my #dog Connor. He has an #autoimmune disease called #Pemphigus. His immune system is attacking his skin and he gets scabs and blisters. His #dermatologist is amazing, she put him on #Tacrolimus Ointment which is helping him so much. He has more hair now than he has had in almost two years. And we've been able to cut his medication in half. He was on a high dose of #methylprednisolone it was a wonder he didn't become diabetic. He is a happy boy! #DanishSwedishFarmdog #DogsOfMastodon

Für Patient:innen mit #Immunsuppression wie #Tacrolimus muss auch beachtet werden, dass sich der Immun-Spiegel nach absetzen vom PPI ändern kann!
