Food Companies (especially Frozen Food Companies) keep silently changing out the ingredients for cheaper ones in smaller quantities, despite also jacking up the prices to sometimes 200% of it was just a few years ago. And as a picky eater who sometimes relies on "safe foods" for a familiar texture and flavor profile to make sure I eat, it's frustrating to pay twice as much for a frozen meal only to open it and see, "Oh, they decided they wanted more money." #frozenfood #packagedfood #readytoeatmeals #tvdinners #pickyeater

The kids were incredulous when I described what they were the other day (peas in the cherry cobbler, tv trays in front of the tv, eating off the aluminum tray they were cooked in… etc) and I was shopping this week and noticed some classics in the freezer case.
