So this worked out so much better than expected. #Ly is the best display manager I've used.

For me it's killer features are:
* Keyboard only. Great when pointing devices are working or are annoying
* Uses all monitors. Seriously, why isn't this considered critical for all login systems?
* Remembers per user options (which environment to boot). Even allows for custom per user configurations of environments to boot.

Version 0.13.0 of pgtui has just been released. Along with some other minor changes, this one adds:
- viewing data in views and sequences
- filtering by schema name
- negative filtering on relation and schema names (!public)
