I really wish people would stop trying to die on I580 on Tuesdays at 2:30 pm.
Or at least do it in a different place? Maybe one where there is a viable alternative route that isnt multiple miles and 5-10 extra stoplights?
There aren't even any entrances or exits in that section of highway. What are people doing??

I know this is uncharitable of me, but today is at least the 2nd week in a row this has happened, and the 3rd week in a row it has taken me 35-45 minutes to make a drive that is usually ~12 minutes, at this exact time, every Tuesday.

I saw the "gun it and run the red light using the left turn lane" again at 130th St and the Ford Access Rd next to the Ford Plant in Chicago again.

It must be a regular thing there, so keep an eye out if you're over by dere.
