I snagged the only TMNT and Other Strangeness book!
@lumpley The first store where I bought a #ttrpg with my own money was a collectible doll store in a strip mall located not too far from my neighborhood. The nice old lady who owned it was convinced by her college age grandson to carry role playing games. So, she had two big bookcases filled with games from the time.
Over time, I bought #TMNTAndOtherStrangeness, #PalladiumFRPG, #Cyberpunk2013, #CarWars, and #Paranoia from her. She also had #GURPS and a lot of other stuff. It was great!
DMK4. First TTRPG you bought from its creator: This question confuses me because of how many ttrpgs are published. Any of the games I've purchased could be from its creator if they get paid. The one that stands out to me most may be Erick Wujcik for #TMNTandOtherStrangeness or #AmberDiceless RPG.
If we are talking about indie games then I might say #SwashbucklersOfThe7Skies or #DogsInTheVineyard as I was late to the Forge party.
