Just had an excellent call with #JulieAnneGenter MP (Energy and Transport spokesperson for #NewZealand's #GreenParty, who have the #ClimateChange Minister) about #TEQs (www.teqs.net). She impressed me as few #politicians do.

And through her frustrations also reminded me of why I backed away from climate policy work. Even ministers lack the power to see needed policy implemented.
