Houston ISD reports big gains for some schools while releasing unofficial accountability ratings

Hilliard, Hobby and Wainwright elementary schools improved their ratings from F to A and were "probably" the only campuses in Texas to achieve that feat, according to HISD Superintendent Mike Miles.
