@legalmemory To me the #TADPF isn't worth the paper it is written on. It's an empty case that isn't taken seriously by the #US at all. You have seen what their word is worth. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Why act like it is?

@androidul Strictly speaking thats still #US... #CloudAct and #PatriotAct still enable the US to coerce and manipulate #Bitwarden, no matter where the data is stored. The #TADPF thats supposed to guarantee #GDPR compliance is worthless.

@merledieperle.bsky.social Cloud Act heißt dass die US Dienste zugreifen KÖNNEN. Das ist nicht gleich zu setzen mit dass Sie das auch 24/7 in Echtzeit machen. Selbst NSA und Co können eine solche immense Menge Daten nicht verarbeiten.

Ist das besch*eiden? Ja absolut. Sollten wir zusehen dass wir davon loskommen? Wenn's nach mir geht morgen noch!

Schlimmer finde ich, dass wir mit #TADPF die Speicherung und Benutzung von #US diensten legitimieren.

@PrivacyDigest That. As the #TADPF and #EO14086 are not worth the (digital) paper they are written on under #unplugtrump I would maintain ALL US companies are for all things but in name in violation of the #gdpr

And we saw the overreach the three-letter-services had under previous administrations. Its only logical the current one turned this all the way up to 11...
