We watched #Synchronic last night, the 2019 movie from #BensonAndMoorhead with #AnthonyMackie.
It was a bit of a slow burn but we still really liked it.
It focused on human connection and how it can change over time due to circumstances way beyond our control while reminding us that time is an illusion.

I was not prepared for what happened to Hawking, but it did provide context for what was really happening at the end. They left it ambiguous, but it wasn't really ambiguous if you paid attention.
Some of the "rules" seemed a bit too flexible while others were strangely precise, but that could be down to unreliable narrator.

I'd give it 7 out of 10.
