Congestive heart failure is a condition in which the heart cannot work at full capacity, causing fluid to accumulate in some parts of the body. Signs of this disorder are: shortness of breath on exertion, hypotension, too fast or irregular heartbeat, swelling of the legs, hips, and abdomen, cough, and fatigue.
