Jari Komppa 🇫🇮Set up #swytchbike kit on my wife's bicycle. Compared to the old kit on mine, it's got it's good and bad sides.
Good side is that since the battery pack isn't on the handlebar, the weight distribution is better.
Bad side is that it's attached with velcro strips, and you're still supposed to remove it from your bike every time you're not using it, so just "hop on your bike and go" isn't happening. They have some quick-release system coming though.

Only downsides were the downpour 10km in, and the headwind all the way back from Holmfirth, which was so bad my max speed down the far side never got above 50kph.

DanI'm interested in the Swytch Go electric bike conversion kits but can't for the life of me find a price anywhere. I was even on the pre-order list and they still didn't send a price through. I even tried the chat bot help but that's just the same lack of info as the website but with a worse interface. Does anyone know where to find this?

Looking to convert a small hybrid bike for mostly city riding by a small-ish person. Doesn’t need to carry a lot of cargo or weight. #toronto has some hills so would be useful if anyone had feedback on starting on an incline.
