@jeroenclemens yes! I've been lucky enough to rely on rail and tram while in Poland and when visiting other places in Europe. I've been impressed with the protected bike lanes I've seen in many places. And from colleagues I've seen examples from The Netherlands and Switzerland. It's quite remarkable what kinds of cities are possible when #SustainableSafety & a #SustainableSystem are in place!

Focus on a #SustainableSafety #SustainableSystem approach to #transportation (a) people are vulnerable; (b) people can be reckless & make mistakes; & (c) people do not always follow rules...the whole traffic safety system..should provide a reliable environment that caters to human behavior and shortcomings.
