Runbox hosts my personal email account. I typically use Thunderbird and aerc over standard SMTP and IMAP. But I sometimes use their webmail client, which is a handy thing to have.
In addition to the privacy mentioned in the toot, they are pro-democracy, have no "AI" garbage, and the servers run on hydropower!
(I don't get anything for saying this, I'm just a customer and I want to see more people use companies like this instead of Big Tech.)
