I'm glad this includes proportional representation, even if it's in the form of Ranked-Choice proportional, rather than open list. I also agree that congress should have the ability to overturn Supreme Court rulings with a vote without requiring a signature from the president. I'm not sure whether I think this should apply to all rulings, or only rulings not explicitly based on constitutional grounds.
