this is from a series called "Hyper-Actives" that ran for 4 issues, and was illustrated by Clint Hilinski (you can see his signature)

but I can't find it in any of the 4 issues, was this promo art, advertising, splash page, a commission?

can anybody help me source this and find the full image this was obviously cropped from?
