Собрал оркестратор для Codex на базе Beads и Superpowers — 4 skill, параллельные subagents, наблюдаемость

Я работаю с Codex каждый день и со временем собрал поверх него систему оркестрации: 4 локальных skill (setup, stage, router, closeout), .codex/orchestrator.toml как машинный контракт и обязательная Parallel Decomposition Matrix перед делегированием. Сверху — Beads как трекер задач и Superpowers как процессные skill. Что это даёт на практике: — параллельный запуск независимых streams, когда write zones не пересекаются; — видимые spawned subagents — можно кликнуть и зайти в каждого отдельного агента, полная наблюдаемость; — чистый контекст основного оркестратора: он диспетчер, а не исполнитель, токены тратятся только на координацию; — нулевой silent debt — закрытие этапа требует evidence. История того, как я к этому пришёл — полгода с большим AGENTS.md на 30 КБ, который не работал. Проблема была не в правилах, а в том, что одно полотно правил это не контракт, а эссе. 1. US–China bipolarity will become firmly entrenched. The US will maintain an overall lead, dominating cyberspace, services and international influence, whilst China will dominate the physical economy, manufacturing and military scale.
2. Middle powers, including the EU and India, will reject ideological camps in favour of pragmatic, “issue-based alignment” [问题性结盟], navigating between the two superpower ecosystems.
3. Fuelled by populism, trade protectionism and the normalisation of “might makes right”, the current “counter-globalisation order” [逆全球化秩序] will reach its peak during the second Trump administration.
4. By 2035, prolonged political fragmentation and widespread popular dissatisfaction with almost two decades of counter-globalisation will generate global demand for a new international order grounded in basic moral principles.
5. AI-driven excess production and entrenched protectionism will fracture global markets, pushing states towards “club-style” coordination and cause a long-term shift away from the dollar towards gold and other currencies.
6. Cyberspace will supersede physical territory as the primary geopolitical arena, stratifying the globe into three tiers: intelligent technology standard-setters (the US and China), innovators and AI application economies.
7. The mutual estrangement of the US and Chinese R&D sectors will result in two distinct global digital standards and market spheres, while also reflecting a pattern of “homogenised development” [同质性发展] as the US increasingly mimics Chinese industrial policy.
8. The growing lethality of intelligent weapons, combined with nuclear deterrence, will constrain major powers to cyber operations. Yet the lower immediate lethality of such operations may increase the frequency of unmanned cyberattacks and conflict.
9, China should transition its diplomatic focus to cyberspace, encouraging enterprises to “go out” [走出去] via a “produce locally, consume locally” [当地生产当地消费] model to bypass protectionism and internationalise its tech standards.
10. To secure its global standing and achieve “high-quality opening up” [高水平对外开放], China must actively mitigate domestic populist currents and attract foreign research talent through institutional reform.

You know the rest of that sentence right?

THE SUPERPOWER

To stumble across a superpower would be both a blessing and a curse in my opinion. The curse would be to learn you were unique and how to harness said power. Then a question would arise on weather to flaunt it or keep it a secret and use it only in the dark of night.

And have mercy on my mind as to what costume I would need to don while using that power. Would I have to find a telephone booth to change in? Maybe just a snap of the fingers and poof, I’m instantly dressed and ready.

THE WISH

Wish in one hand and shit in the other, find out which one fills up first. Wishes do come true every once in a while though, So… if I had to wish for a superpower I think it would be a subtle power that could or would be used without a lot of fanfare, something that wouldn’t cause chaos in the streets, no sudden explosions of fire but rather an explosion of thought.

THE WHY

To promote peace and love over hate and conflict.

THE FINAL OUTCOME

After writing this I’ve come to realize I already have a superpower just like we all do. It is hidden inside us and only used with the understanding of what we possess. We don’t belong to the Justice League where we meet in secret but in the WordPress World where we fling our powers into the world of words. And yes I have a costume donned and ready.
