I was so sad when I opened #SMBX and suddenly saw Nintendo's website in the webview control instead of SuperMarioBrothers dot org's page for SMBX.
#SMBX is so much better with a game controller.
Today I learned #SMBX 1.3 is MIT licensed now as of a few years ago.
Pro tip: If you're trying to run #SMBX on #Wine , you need to install vb6run from #Winetricks according to this page: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=3386
Once it's running, don't maximize it because it'll start flickering really bad and it's difficult to close even with KSysGuard, at least on #KDE when using Wobbly Windows. You might be able to manually resize the window from the corners though, but try at your own risk.
