There isn't much information about this, but someone on Reddit discovered if you enter the Konami code on the first screen of the Super Bomberman Collection, it unlocks all the extra stages for each game (2-5).

I didn't think to do this, because these were originally Hudsonsoft games and Konami bought Hudson a bit after these I think.

Anyhow, they are there! You have to do it each time you load the game. Happy bombing!!!!
