Had to shell out $40 for our Stand Up Paddle board permits. Absolutely ridiculous.
$20 a permit or $200 fine for paddling without one.
Also have to carry a life jacket (that's okay) AND a whistle. Each of these are a separate fine if missing.
If you live in Oregon and also think this is ridiculous, please sign the https://www.letuspaddle.com/ petition to repeal House Bill HB2982.
