I'm going by the SunTimes widget on my phone; I'm at 43ยฐN latitude, I expect the rate of change goes faster the further north you are.
According to SunTimes, we should get a full minute change on 3 January 2025, maxing out at 3m1s on the Spring Equinox, 20 March 2025.
