Ran almost 5K today since ages. This works just as well as swimming 1.5K for my personal self care. I should do it more often.
The threshold to start for me always feels high, but after some time time I stop thinking & my mind focuses on the movement. Getting into the flow. Meditative & helpful in feeling a bit more relax in these dire times.
Enjoyed a bit of sun, watched the birds potter around in the garden. Now, it's time to do some volunteer work chores.
