On 30 November, the new #MetroTunnel in #Melbourne 🇦🇺 opened that allows Metro Trains to avoid the city loop. Trains are currently running only every 20 minutes from 10 am to 3 pm providing direct services between #Footscray and #Westall. Regular service will start in February connecting #Sunbury with #Pakenham and #Cranbourne.

My better half isn’t feeling any better today.

Last night she was & was talking of a drive to #Sunbury for #lunch, but as the morning has gone along, she’s declined. Her appetite returned yesterday.

I have whipped out one of my #Victorinox #arthritis #peelers & have been slicing spuds & onions, cutting up tomatoes, splashing #WorcestershireSauce etc. & have just put a batch of #devilled #sausages into the oven.

Lunch will be a little late, but I think it’ll hit the spot.
