Things don't turn out well when you're making bad decisions. I feel bad for this kid's parents and they should not be blamed for his recklessness. At age 13 in #Philadelphia I attended Junior High, got good grades, played sports, obeyed my parents. I rode public transit, but sat inside not on top of the train and bus.
