Chery (Great Australian Pods)I have a sore finger - a cockatoo bit me!
I'm pretty sure it was an accident.
I was putting veggie scraps out on the bird feeder yesterday and two cockatoos flew down to check what was on offer.
They both got rather excited and started grabbing for the choicest tidbits and I guess my finger was in the way.
Anyway, cue lots of blood and a rather shocked me.
The finger looks much better tonight, and only needed a band-aid rather than a bandage.
