I have a bunch of mental blocks about *acknowledging* this on the internets, but a huge win for me of being on T has been muscle development. Check out these before and after videos!
Now, to be clear, there's over 2 years of hard training between these form checking videos, and what?.. a bit over a year and a half of that on T? Lighting and location are different, but there's significant improvement to both what I can do and how big my arms look.
I have been the type to flex at the mirror since I began an acro journey, and might have been before, if I'd let myself enjoy fitness. But I haven't been taking photos, and if I had, I'd never have shared them. I take those photos now. I don't know if this is my first "flex in the mirror" post, but it's definitely *one of* the first. Seeing myself looking strong like this fills me with a delight I don't even know how to express, short of doing pushups!
