@davidzipper Even if these were #StreetLegal to begin with (which they ain't due do lack of #CrashCompatibility with #Cyclists, #Motorcycles, #Scooters, #Pedestrians and espechally #Children), they are absurdly #phat and won't even fit most streets, as #Japan has back alleys of 1,48m lane width and #Germany has oftentimes lanes <2,5m width.

  • Plus at fuel prices constantly > €1,50/l NOONE wants to drive these gas-guzzling abominations that won't even fit parking spaces & -garages in #Europe!

Not to mention just like the #WankPanzer aka. #Dumpster by #SwastiCar these are completely overpriced and of garbage quality with no existing service network to speak of.

  • I'd be better off importing a 2011 #Ford #CVPI P-72 than any #SuerUselessVehicle for the #US market because Ford here has actual dealerships and parts distribution! Plus it has excellent safety both inside and outside as well as proper visibility!

Obviously this thing won't compete with a REAL #RockClimbing vehicle like "#Clampy" cuz that thing - or anything that can even try to compete at "#KingOfHammers" isn't #StreetLegal even by #US standards, and #Rivian certainly made sacrifices to comply with #CrashCompatibility (#EU standards) and be something some #rich #Boomers would want to buy (i.e. A/C instead of CB radio, padded, heated and cooled leather seats instead of hard buckets with 5-point harnesses) since they are the only ones manufaturers want to sell anything at a reasonable price at all ...

  • Still if #GroupB was still around I'm shure Rivian would send in #R1T / #R1S in as #EV|s...

The 20 Weirdest Street-Legal Vehicles

Turns out, just about anything is welcome on the open road if it has wheels and turn signals. The highway is a dangerous place, and passenger safety is supposed to be important. But some car companies have developed ways to get road-trippers speeding through lanes in strange, rickety contraptions. There’s a car narrow enough to slip between trucks, a European four-wheeler that looks more like a lawn mower, and even a microcar with one headlight that barely fits one person.Scroll through some weird rides and keep an eye out while driving for any of these oddities passing by.
