Hallo.
Mit nur 3 Monaten Verzug ist die Streckenkarte bis zum Fahrplanwechsel 2025/2026 fertiggestellt. Es sind doch einige Strecken dazugekommen, unverhofftes wie die Werntalbahn, geplantes wie die längeren Nachtzugfahrten im Sommerurlaub.
Es war nicht das primäre Ziel des Jahres, viel zusammenzubekommen, aber es ist dennoch gut was geworden.
Bis zur Inbetriebnahme der Dresdner Bahn hatte ich dann alle außer eine Strecke des DB-Fernverkehrstammnetzes in Deutschland befahren. Wunderbar.
Wir sehen uns dann wieder, mal sehen, wann ich 2026 anfangen.

From 4 April until 26 April Hasselt has a very limited train service. During this period the:
* IC Antwerpen - Airport - Hasselt (all days)
* L Leuven - Hasselt (mo-fr not 6 April) are diverted, do not stop in Hasselt but have additional stops in Kiewit, Bokrijk and Genk. This means these trains are using the Hasselt avoiding curve L35/1, a line without regular service.
#PKPIC has unveiled prices for its new series of InterCity Nieśpieszny (Unhurried) nostalgia trains running fall of the Iron Curtain era rolling stock. Second class tickets will start at 49 PLN for up to 50 km in second class and top out at 229 PLN for over 600 km in first. Every ticket will include a seat reservation, and passengers entitled to free travel will be required to book one. They should be purchasable via PKP Intercity's website, app, ticket desks or from the train staff. #Streckensammler, die das Anschlussgleis der Brauerei Kozel (Strančice – Velké Popovice) mit einem der gelegentlichen Sonderzüge befahren wollen, sollten sich damit vielleicht nicht all zu viel Zeit lassen.

„Von Strančice führt eine alte Anschlussbahn in die Brauerei in Velké Popovice.
Hin und wieder fuhr darauf ein Sonderzug auf der Strecke Praha hlavní nádraží – Brauerei Kozel (sie gehört zur Gruppe Plzeňský Prazdroj), ansonsten wird sie nicht genutzt – auch nicht von der Brauerei selbst.
Gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen von IDSK und dem Bereich Öffentliche Mobilität haben wir überlegt, ob man sie bis zum Bau der neuen Bahnstrecke Praha – Uhříněves – Bystřice als Shuttle-Verbindung zwischen Velké Popovice und Strančice nutzen könnte. Es zeigte sich jedoch, dass die Reisegeschwindigkeit keine Chance hätte, mit dem Bus zu konkurrieren.
Nun scheint die Strecke aber vor einem neuen Leben zu stehen.
Der Gemeindeverbund „Ladův kraj“ möchte das Gleisbett dieser Anschlussbahn im Einklang mit der Radverkehrskonzeption Mittelböhmens für den Bau eines neuen Radwegs nutzen, der weiter bis nach Kamenice führen soll.
Die Region Mittelböhmen ist bereit, dieses Vorhaben zu unterstützen. Und das Beste: Auch der Eigentümer der Anschlussbahn, die Gesellschaft Plzeňský Prazdroj, ist dafür. Das haben wir uns heute bei einer Besprechung in Velké Popovice gemeinsam mit Bürgermeisterin Lenka Chalupníčková bestätigt.“

Čas od času po ní projel speciální vlak na trase Praha hlavní nádraží - pivovar Kozel (patří do skupiny Plzeňský Prazdroj) jinak nemá využití a to ani pro samotný pivovar. S kolegy z IDSK a odboru veřejné mobility jsme řešili, jestli by do doby, než se postaví nová železniční trať na trase Praha - Uhříněves - Bystřice, nebylo pro ni využití jako železniční shuttle na trase Velké Popovice - Strančice, ale ukázalo se, že cestovní rychlost nemá šanci konkurovat busu. Ale zdá se, že stavbu čeká nový život. Společenství obcí Ladův kraj by chtělo v souladu se středočeskou koncepcí cyklistiky využít těleso této vlečky pro vybudování nové cyklostezky, která by pokračovala až dál do Kamenice. Středočeský kraj je připraven toto úsilí podpořit. A co je skvělé, tak je skutečnost, že i vlastník vlečky společnost Plzeňský Prazdroj je pro. Dneska jsme si to na jednání ve Velkých Popovicích společně s paní starostkou Lenkou Chalupníčkovou potvrdili.".
As @mobilithib reported recently, there are very impactful works coming on Square Baraplein near Gare du Midi/Zuidstation in Brussels.
However, this also gives some options for #Streckensammler
* Tram 51 from 27 April will be cut short at Lemonnier. The most probable option is that the switchover in the tunnel entrance will be used for this.
* Tram 4 going to Gare du Nord/Noordstation will very probable use a section of track between Zuidstation/Gare du Midi and Lemonnier without regular service.
* From 6 June, line 82 is going to be temporarily extended from Neerstalle to Dieweg. For this curves at Kruispunt/Carrefour Stalle and Marlow stops will be used that don't have a regular service. The terminus at Dieweg is also without regular service.
