Being a "gamer" is a plus, but it's not necessary to direct a gaming business.
Case in point: #StraussZelnick. The guy knows he is not a gamer, he does not play games, does not plan to play #GTAVI. He just finds the best people for the job, the best environment, and he fucking gets out of the way.
The question is... who wants to work at #MicrosoftGaming?
