#Gamescom Recap Part 1

🇬🇧 Phew! Took me a while with all that was going on, but here we finally are with my first batch of #IndieGame highlights from Gamescom #IndieArenaBooth! And as usual, I'm starting off with my absolute favorite genres: #strategy, #BuildingSims, and #management!
Among the #Steam demos I checked out were:

🇩🇪 Puh! Hat 'ne Weile gedauert bei allem, was so los war, aber hier ist endlich meine erste Runde Indiegame-Highlights vom Gamescom Indie Arena Booth! Und wie für mich mittlerweile Tradition ist, mach ich den Auftakt mit meinen absoluten Lieblingsgenres: #Strategie, #Aufbau und Management!

Seit ich Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic spiele, kann ich mich einfach nicht mehr auf andere Städtebau- oder Logistikspiele einlassen.

Es ist einfach das perfekte Aufbauspiel. Ich könnte ganze Aufsätze drüber schrieben. Ich werde ganze Aufsätze drüber schreiben!

🇬🇧 Well, that was quick - apparently, I only need to wish for #Homeworld to be on sale for it to happen. 😂
Anyway, I treated myself to the HW Remastered Collection during #SteamSpringSale, so I'm probably going to start my journey into outer space soon! 😊

🇩🇪 Tja, das ging schnell - scheinbar brauch ich mir nur zu wünschen, dass Homeworld auf Rabatt ist, damit es wie auf Bestellung passiert. 😂
Jedenfalls hab ich mir die HW Remastered Collection im #Steam Spring Sale gegönnt, also werde ich wahrscheinlich bald zu meinem Abenteuer im Weltraum aufbrechen! 😊

🇬🇧 The #SteamRTSFestival has kicked off, including a few playable #SteamDemos!

If I may leave you with a recommendation, all demos of the #StealthStrategy titles by #MimimiGames - #ShadowTacticsBladesOfTheShogun, #Desperados3, and #ShadowGambitTheCursedCrew - have been reactivated for the festival.
 
Shadow Tactics and Shadow Gambit are some of the best #StrategyGames I've ever played (I'm planning to play Desperados 3 in the future, too), and everything I've seen from Mimimi Games in general has been absolutely stellar.
 
In fact, the demos of Shadow Tactics and Shadow Gambit are what absolutely floored me and sold me the games back in the day - so, if you're a #strategy fan, do consider giving them a shot! 😉
