Ohhh, that was nice. A perfect little nap-assistant. Some strains keep your mind involved & don't let you completely relax, but at the wee dose size I took (0.3g), this was way more effective than hot milk (lactose-free, too), & let me have a splendid little trip back to the land of nod for an hour w/o keeping me there.
