I have, at times, attempted to come up with an internal model, a physical explanation for why we're a human body yet the seat of multiple threads of consciousness.

One way I have considered things, is by considering that certain aspects of ourself that would be considered a disorder to someone who with an internal model of perfect humanity (corrupted by disease and pathology) could very well seem normal to a being with a different body, a different set of traits and behaviors shaped by evolution.

I have strabismus, for example. This troubles the human, but it does NOT trouble the horse. The horse is used to dissimilar vision, left and right, for they have eyes set wide apart and not optimized for binocular vision. But that tension between horse and human, when confronted with doubled vision, is always an issue in the Pnictogen Wing. It's an issue right this moment for using a computer tends to aggravate our strabismus.
