A major arterial road in Oxford remains closed because of flooding. I gather some drivers have had to be stopped from trying to move the barriers so they can drive through (and thereby risk creating a wash that would affect nearby properties). What is the matter with some people?

Nieuwsupdate 3 januari 2024 | #StormHenk veroorzaakte schade en overlast in Nederland, rond het eind van middag kwamen meldingen binnen van #dijkdoorbraak in Maastricht. Een deel van de dijk aan de Stuwweg is doorgebroken, meldt Rijkswaterstaat. Het water stroomt de Maas in.
