I've done the #StopTheBleed class probably a dozen times. It's great class, and well worth redoing every time it comes up (find your local Red Cross and see when they're offering the class - attend!)
What's cool to see is how the class changes and grows when more understandings come out for best practices. For example, *where* to apply a tourniquet has changed over the years. It used to be "high and tight". Now it's 2-3" above the wound.
