...a collection of professors and experts briefing the government around key subject areas pertaining to UK national #security.
The focus was the decline of #nature, the #climate #catastrophe and what's coming in the #UK: total societal collapse and #famine.
In summary, 24 years from now in the United Kingdom, #agriculture will have become functionally impossible.
By 2050, the ambient UK #temperature is now predicted to be -20 degrees, and -30 in Scotland.
Most people don't realise:
1. Scotland sits at the same latitude (distance from the equator) as central Siberia, one of the coldest inhabited places on Earth.
2. The UK is only #habitable because of the #GulfStream, which is predicted to collapse by 2050 when the #AMOC collapses.
.....I gathered all the data about the destruction of nature, but not from the data aggregators like the UN or WWF, since they are widely considered suspect.
Instead, I went to the grassroots movements: the charities, non-profits and NGOs on the ground that gather the data by hand.
It took me a couple of days but I visited all their websites independently and built up the big picture in pieces.

And you know who is always sitting behind those bullshit claims? I've checked.
It's the industrial giants that want politicians to believe that mining, fracking, tilling and pesticides are the way forward.

...we really need you in regenerative agriculture or designing or spearheading new climate and food security initiatives.
