Looking at the #StirlingCouncil consultation on the future of libraries, they depict a pie chart of services. It has chunks for "educating our children and young people", "caring for our
children and young people", "caring for adults", "resident and community support services ".
Libraries could sit across these but are instead part of "Economy, tourism, climate and environment", vague and so susceptible to cuts.

@Val_Bold Unfortunately, other views are not so wonderful these days: the never-ending slow roadworks scarring the town centre, and #StirlingCouncil 's outrageous late-night destruction of a listed building, the clocktower at Allanpark a few weeks ago.
