@longcovid when you went out for a walk yesterday when it was cold & damp & miserable, so you need a rest day but now it's sunny outside and you wish you'd rested yesterday because you're not up to walking two days in a row and need to sleep and maybe watch a bit of telly but the sun shines on your TV screen and you might have to close the curtains to block it out which your Mum told you not to do. #LongCovid #RestDays #StillGratefulThough
