I love the fact that the local malls in the area seem to think that EV owners are rich so to entice them into coming to the mall they scatter the chargers around near several doors and offer free charging. Nothing better than having lunch at a fave restaurant about 1/2 mile from the mall, coming back to a fully charged car and I've walked a full mile which at least partially makes up for the caloric intake. Take that, big oil, noting that Texas puts largest percent of green energy on the grid than all other states.

BTW the grilled alligator was excellent, in case you are wondering.

I had so much fun getting #funkwhale running that I decided to spin up an instance of #fireflyiii to try to get a handle on where the hell my money all goes.

I used to use Mint, but then Intuit shut it down and forced me onto CreditKarma. CreditKarma is absolute flaming garbage. So, I'm hoping this works out.

Got bored of Google trying to rule the interwebz and take over how email operates with SPF <- DKIM <- DMARC and crap getting in the way.

Switched back to my own mail server, SA + bogofilter + procmail, my choice of IMAP and SMTP clients (currently primarily Apple Mail).

Feels seriously weird now that Cmd-1 / Ctrl-1 no longer take me to a pinned gmail tab in Chrome.

I just moved mastodon left to take its place instead ;)
