Just watched Steve Hartman's year end round-up of stories and learned that as a result of a class at a school in Phoenix that uses Hartman's On The Road stories to teach kids about kindness there's now a Facebook group for educators called Kindness 101with lesson plans based on Hartman's stories. I hope teachers are reminded to have plenty of tissues available.
