The Grand Parkway between Interstate 10 and U.S. 290 will be expanded from two to three lanes in each direction to help ease traffic congestion in a part of Harris County that is being rapidly developed.

Stretch of Grand Parkway in western Harris County set for $157 million expansion

The Grand Parkway, also known as State Highway 99, will be widened between I-10 and U.S. 290, with construction expected to start next summer.
