I’ve been testing the Apple M series processors’ hardware H.265 encoding at various quality levels.

So far I keep dropping it and it keeps looking great. I suppose I should pay closer attention to high speed sections of the film to see if it has any artifacts.

I suspect. #StarTrekTheMotionPicture wasn’t the right choice of film to find high-speed action scenes.

Having obtained 4K disc viewing capability, I had no discs and must buy one. So, #StarTrekTheMotionPicture it was to be.

It was not my intent to watch the whole movie tonight, but, here we are.

J'ai visionné Star Trek : The Motion Picture pour la première fois. Sûrement un des films les plus beaux visuellement que j'ai vu de ma vie et la bande originale de Jerry Goldsmith est somptueuse.
