The Star Trek Section 31 movie broke the Nielsen top ten streaming movie chart for the week of January 20-26, 2025.
Despite the brigading, despite the dire predictions and fan complaints, it performed well enough in its first week - especially keeping in mind that Paramount+ has a smaller subscription base.
As my partner and I seem to be among the few willing to say we found it a lot of fun, even better on rewatch, I’m glad to see that it has other unvoiced supporters.

Emperor Georgiou had better lines than in late-Discovery, I give her that.
It did not break Star Trek further, so that's working for me. But pretty please, get some one with love for the franchise and make a Strange New Worlds movie next.
