Putting together a compilation of short stories by Catherine Louisa Pirkis (of Loveday Brooke, Lady Detective fame) and I really love this archaeology part.
Iโve already transcribed 2โ3 shorts from 1870s magazine scans that arenโt on her Wikipedia page. But thereโs a novella called โTrooping with Crowsโ with no public scans available. Luckily you can pay British Library to digitise books from their collection, so #standardEbooks will have the first publication since 1880 (for free of course).
