Now, I will concede the point that ICE agent’s unmarked car did have blue lights flashing, but you also have to concede the point that Renee Nicole Good - for that was her name - can be seen gesturing to the officers to drive around before they decided to get out of their vehicle and confront her.
A group of masked men then approached her vehicle and told her to, “Get out of the car. Get out of the fucking car!” And we are expected to just sit here and accept that the agent that fired the shots was the only person here that feared for their life!

I’ve just rewatched the video that I took that screenshot that I posted earlier and I’ve another point to make…
I once witnessed in the City of London, armed police take down a couple of suspects about ten yards in front of me…
1. They jumped out of a clearly marked police car (for those that don’t know, British police cars are white, with blue and fluorescent yellow patterns across them. They also have the word POLICE written on them, and it’s backwards on the front of the car, so you can read it in your rear view mirror)
2. They were in uniform. They had the word POLICE written in white letters on their chest and were wearing caps with the black and white checkerboard pattern that all British people recognise as part of a police officer’s uniform
3. Although they already had their weapons drawn and ready, they shouted the clear warning, “Armed police! Get on the ground, get on the ground!” to their suspects (they did, and I almost did too!)
This frame from the video of the shooting in Minneapolis appears to be the moment the agent fired a second shot into the car. There MIGHT be an argument to be made that at the moment they fired the first shot at the car, that the agent genuinely feared for their life, and that that shot was justified in self defence. This second shot was fired into the side window as the vehicle drove past the agent, so that justification does not apply. If this turns out to be the fatal shot, then there almost certainly is a case to be answered for by the agent of an unlawful killing.
