Box 400 Barrie, ON L4M 4T5 Your Worship, We are writing to you today concerning Suzanne Craig, the City of Barrie's "Integrity Commissioner" and her report to City Council regarding Councillor Keenan Aylwin. We are greatly concerned that the report could potentially be influenced by her own biases and this could potentially be in violation of the Ontario Human Rights Act. We come to this conclusion as she seems to ignore the fact that the complainant is an elected Member of Parliament for the Conservative Party of Canada. A party that has publicly supported positions in violation of the Ontario Human Rights Act and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms of which the City of Barrie and its elected
