2 for 2 on restaurants in St. Sauveur. I think it's the brutally competitive environment, huge volume of potential customers, and unconfined commercial real estate market.

These were not high-end fine dining.

But it's great to see good execution after the 3 years of pandemic destruction. Staff that have been trained and supervised and are now getting it done. 2019s pricing is long gone tho.
