With parades set for many of Kerry's vibrant towns and villages, each local area's parade displays the very best of the community from sporting and dancing groups to businesses who dress up in costume and create elaborate 'floats' for you to enjoy! The streets will be bustling, lively and full of colourful characters with a festive, carnival atmosphere. Parade information will be updated here as Discover Kerry receives themes, routes and timing details! Sunday March 9th Rathmore - Starting at 2pm Sunday March 16th Glenbeigh / Glencar / Cromane Parade: Starting at 12.15 from Glenbeigh GAA Grounds Castleisland: 2.30pm from the Mart Yard led by the Cullen Pipe Band. Live music on main street from 1pm. Monday March 17th Abbeydorney: 2pm starting from the Complex Ballybunion: 3pm starting from Church car park. Family inclusion day from 4pm - 6pm at Ballybunion Community Centre. Ballyheigue: 3.00pm from Our Lady’s Grotto Cahersiveen: 2.00pm from Fertha Drive followed by Dancing at the Crossroads. Castlegregory: 3pm Castlemaine: 11.15am from Flynns Yard. Led by Killorglin Pipe Band and Lord Mayor of Castlemaine. Causeway: 1.30pm from Sports field. Duagh: 12.30pm from sports complex.
