The Pitt is a good show.

It reminds me very much of St. Elsewhere, one of the first network tv shows that dared to break the old mold that existed for the first 2-3 decades of mainstream broadcast television and portray more realistic characters and situations in a much less reverent way (I LOVE the finale which never should have been copied; now it's unjustly criticized).
